Today's class is a 5 minute morning yoga in bed routine!
Of course this yoga routine is sequenced to do right in bed but you can also do it on a yoga mat like i am.
Doing this 5 minute yoga class will stretch the entire body and release early morning tension.
be sure to have a few pillows near by incase you'd like to modify
